My sales pipeline is lumpy - a few big deals that take months to close. This is normal for B2B products. A year ago, my sales pipeline wasn’t full enough to support the annual plan.
I wrote this article to work out how to get more sales closed. I wrote about the blockages in the diagram below.
My suggestion was to:
develop a solution based on the diagram
communicate the changes to the affected teams
monitor progress using the diagram
