I wrote this article to work through a dispute with my stakeholders. Half of the stakeholders want growth through large customers and the other half want growth through smaller customers.
The large customers have a long sales cycle while the smaller customers sell faster. So far, all my customers are large ones.
I proposed that we add small customers without disrupting any work with the large customers.
This article is about adding a growth initiative to a successful product. I felt that we could squeeze in the growth initiative while supporting the large customers.
