What Prompted this Article?

I have a beef with product managers who won’t initiate improvements. It is no excuse that product managers juggle many priorities and don’t have time to help their managers and team.

I wrote this article after hearing the following from people in my organization:

  • we’ve never done it that way

  • let’s wait to see what the boss wants to do

  • even though this doesn’t make sense, we don’t have time to change

I prefer to take action instead of this passive approach!
